These are the only members considered part of the team. I'll explain each role below. Agile masters are responsible for promoting and ensuring proper implementation in projects. They help everyone understand the rules and guidelines. Also provide guidance and support to the development team while making sure they don't run into any issues. Thus, they remove barriers that negatively impact team productivity.


Also facilitates activities and helps the Product Owner set clear goals to maximize the value of the Product Backlog. In other words, they rank the items in the backlog according to the priority of the feature and product requirements.


Development Team The Development Team is dedicated to creating the product. The team is cross-functional and self-organizing. Developers or development team members specialize in specific areas. As a team, they have the combined skills needed to complete the project. To complete the product development process, they organize and divide the work among team members during sprints. Overall, the development team should consist of three to nine members. Teams of this size are highly flexible and productive, while avoiding unnecessary complexity. Event flow involves setting up a series of events that lead to project completion.
